Access Facilities
Accessible entrance
The Main Entrance into the theatre is located on Grey Street. Our accessible level entrance door is Door 1 (nearest the junction onto Market Street). Door 1 is automatic and operated by a push pad located to the right of the door. The door will be held in a continuous open position 30 minutes prior to a show starting and as the audience leave at the end of a performance. Please be aware that entrance doors 2-5 are stepped up with the greatest gradient being at door 5. Ticket scanning and bag searches will take place when entering the theatre through all entrance doors. Please click here for more information on Bag Searches and Prohibited items. View our venue Floor Guide and Social Story to help you plan your visit and to make it a fun and pleasurable experience for everyone.

Lift
There is a lift in the main foyer that services all levels of the theatre. For customers who require level access to their seats we would advise choosing seats in the stalls or the rear boxes of the Grand Circle and Upper Circle. Priority for the lift is for disabled people and those with reduced mobility, however please be aware that as we only have one lift servicing the venue, you may be required to queue during peak pre and post-performance times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Accessible toilets
We have four accessible toilets within the theatre. View the dimensions.
Level 1 (Stalls Left)
Level 1 (Stalls Right)
Level 3 (Grand Circle)
Level 5 (Upper Circle & Amphitheatre)
Bars and kiosks
Our bars are located on the first, second and fourth floor. There is currently no lift access to the Stalls bar, but customers are welcome to use all other bars in the venue. We also have kiosks located on every floor, selling a range of confectionary and merchandise.
Our bars and kiosks do not currently have low level accessible counters, but please speak to a member of staff who will be pleased to offer assistance should you require it.
Access host
During every performance we have a dedicated Access Host as part of our Visitor Services team. Our access host is on hand to answer any questions you may have during your visit and to help assist customers using our access equipment.
Sunflower Scheme
We are a member of The Sunflower Scheme and our staff are trained to recognise the sunflower and that not all disabilities are visible.
