Volume 1: Ian McAndrew

We are proud to launch the series with Ian McAndrew, a highly acclaimed British chef and restaurateur with a career spanning several decades. Ian has worked in (and owned) acclaimed kitchens around the world including The Dorchester, working alongside some of the industry’s most celebrated names and earning a reputation for precision, creativity and a deep respect for seasonal ingredients.

For this special evening, Ian presents a six-course tasting menu of dishes in his signature style, all featured in his three best-selling books. Throughout the experience, he will introduce each course personally, sharing stories from his remarkable career and offering rare insight into life at the highest level of the industry.
