Opening Times: The theatre doors open from 1 hour before the start of each performance for ticket holders only. Auditorium doors open approximately 30 minutes before the start of the performance but this will vary with each production.
Entrance: The main entrance to the theatre is located on Grey Street, including an accessible entrance equipped with a push button automated door.
Lift: The customer lift can be accessed via the stalls foyer, to the left of the auditorium doors. This lift services all levels of the theatre, including the Olivier suite and all accessible toilet levels. The lift can be in high demand during peak periods, and priority use is for disabled customers or those with reduced mobility.

With the agreement of the Duty Manager buggies will be given a designated storage location but are left at customers own risk. These items cannot be stored inside the auditorium for safety reasons.
Bicycles: Whilst there is no bicycle storage in the theatre itself, there are lots of cycle racks nearby and around the city centre.
Booster Cushions: Due to COVID-19 we are not providing booster cushions until further notice.
Toilets: There are a number of toilets located throughout the building, including 5 accessible toilets. Toilets are for audience use only and are not open to the general public. View the accessible toilet dimensions.
