Youth Theatre

We are excited to have launched our new Youth Theatre programme in September 2021. For the first time, all of our young members will have the opportunity to perform on the main stage at Theatre Royal during the Summer term, each year, starting in 2022.

Our next term begins from Tuesday 18th January and will run for 10 sessions over 11 weeks. Each session lasts for 90 minutes.

Our Youth Theatre is delivered over 3 terms per year and runs inline with the school calendar – if it’s the school holidays, it’s a Youth Theatre holiday!

Once we allocate your child a place, that place is theirs for as long as you wish for them to attend. We will write to all parents towards the end of a term and send a link to sign up and pay for the next term, or ask that you let us know if your child won’t be returning.

The cost for September and January terms is £70 and for our April, Summer term, £90.

If you would like to take part in our Youth Theatre, please complete our application form and indicate which Stage you would like to join. We will contact you with the offer of a place when a space becomes available.

Our Youth Theatre offers a clear pathway of progression from ages 5 – 19 years and is delivered in age appropriate Stages:

Stage 1

For young people in school years 1 & 2.

Sessions are held on Saturdays at 10.30am

Termly fees: September & January £70, April £90
