Cancellation of performances:
 
We would like to reassure our customers that we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The advice from Government is that theatres should close and accordingly Newcastle Theatre Royal is cancelling a number of performances.

All customers who have tickets for a cancelled performance will be contacted with an offer of a full refund or credit note. As we do not store card details at the point of purchase, all refund requests need to be processed over the phone. Our Box Office team are working tirelessly to contact customers as soon as possible but please be advised that it may take a number of weeks until you receive a call. In order to help us speed up this process, if possible, please log in to your account via our website and check we have an up-to-date daytime phone number for you.

At the moment our Box Office is primarily dealing with refund requests for performances scheduled up to Sunday 19 April.

Please note, our Box Office is open for outgoing calls only at present. Online booking is still available for many performances. You can contact us via email at boxoffice@theatreroyal.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note, we will only be able to respond to urgent enquiries.

We appreciate this is a testing and anxious time for many people, including us, but we ask that you please bear with us at this challenging time.
