We appreciate just how much work goes into organising a group to come to the theatre - so our dedicated group sales team is here to help.
Register as a Theatre Royal Group Booker and benefits include:
- Priority booking (after Friends, before the general public)
- Extended reservation periods with flexible payment terms
- Advance notification of new shows
- Invitations to VIP events and show launches
- Groups newsletter and calendar sent to you three times a year
- Pre-order your interval ice creams and drinks
- Groups catering on request and hire of private rooms
- Exclusive tours of the Theatre Royal for your group
Bring a group of 10+ and you will also save money.
Group discounts are available on most performances, generally Monday – Thursday evenings and Saturday matinees. Our discounts are as follows:
- Groups 10+ £2 off
- Groups 20+ £2.50 off + the organiser goes free
- Groups 40+ £3 off + the organiser goes free + 1 free programme
- Groups 100+ £4 off (panto only), No free organiser for Cinderella
Group Bookers can reserve seats with payment due approximately 8 weeks before the performance date.
If you are coming as a Group we can organise catering before, during or after the show; light buffets, fine dining or just drinks and ice creams at the interval, and we have private rooms you can use throughout your visit.
