Concessions

For certain performances discounted tickets are available. Please note that only one discount is available per ticket and that proof of eligibility must be provided at the Box Office:

Friends discount

• 20% off for Friends of the Theatre Royal, with occasional exceptions including 10% for RSC. For more information click here.

Concessions

• £2 off for Retired, Unwaged (JSA Claimants), Students and Children under 18 in full time education (not available Friday and Saturday evenings, weekday matinees and on Gallery seats).

• One free ticket for the assistant of a disabled person who is not able to attend the event unaccompanied. Patrons will be asked to produce validation of status - click here for more info. Please also complete our Access Form available from Box Office or download here

Students

• £10 on first nights (excluding: Opera North, Sleeping Beauty, Peppa Pig, The Taming of the Shrew, I Dreamed a Dream & Derren Brown) please check with Box Office for details), in the Upper Circle.

TEACHER CONCESSION

• One half price ticket for every ten tickets booked at a school discount (if a school discount is applicable).

Partial View Seats

• £2 off partial view seats (as shown on the seating plan, not applicable on Gallery seats).

Standbys

• Half price from 9am on the day of the performance (for concessionary patrons only, not applicable on Gallery seats, subject to availability).(Currently not available online)
