LEGACIES

In 2009, the largest donation to the Theatre was a legacy gift by the Late Joyce Thwaites, a good friend to the Theatre for many years, whose major gift will enable the Theatre to renovate its Dressing Rooms. We are delighted to acknowledge the kindness of those like Joyce who support the Theatre in this way and a plaque in memory of Joyce will be placed in the new Dressing Room development.

 

The Theatre Royal has full charitable status and as such a legacy gift to the Theatre is exempt from Inheritance Tax. Every Legacy, large or small, makes a difference and we can recognise your gift in a variety of ways including permanent commemorative signs or naming seats.
